Yes. We use your vehicle’s maintenance schedule, mileage, and service history to help determine what’s due. If you’re unsure what was done at your last visit, bring any service records you have so we can review them with you.

We start by asking when the light or symptom appeared, then read the fault codes and perform tests to narrow down the cause. We explain the findings and repair options before you decide how to proceed.

We review the findings, recommended work, and estimated cost with you before starting the repair. If testing turns up another issue, we explain what changed and discuss the next step with you.

Yes. We report vehicle service history to CARFAX so your maintenance stays documented. Ask us about a specific service entry if you have a question about your record.

Yes. Our wheel alignment service includes checking for tire, steering, or suspension issues that could affect the result. We measure the alignment, adjust the settings available on your vehicle to its specifications, and verify the final readings.

Common signs include a consistent pull to one side, a steering wheel that sits off-center when you’re driving straight, or tread that wears faster along one edge. It’s also worth asking for an alignment check if the handling changes after a pothole, curb impact, or suspension repair.

An alignment can help if the wheel angles are causing the pull. Tire pressure, uneven tire wear, or worn steering and suspension parts can cause similar symptoms. We check for those issues before recommending an adjustment.

Alignment addresses the angles at which the wheels sit and roll. Balancing corrects uneven weight distribution in the tire and wheel assembly. If your concern is vibration at a particular speed, let us know so we can help identify which inspection makes sense.
